Licensed Arizona Public Adjusters
Insurance Denied or Lowballed Your Claim? Don't Settle for It.
A licensed Arizona public adjuster will review your claim free. Most denials are reversible — you just need someone on your side who knows what to fight for.
Free review · No fees unless we recover money on your claim · Licensed AZ public adjuster
We're a licensed public adjusting firm — not a law firm. We don't sue insurance companies. We re-document your claim, re-quote the damage, and negotiate directly with your insurer to recover what you're owed. Most claims never need a lawyer.
Most denied claims don't need a lawyer.
They need a public adjuster.
If your claim was denied, underpaid, or stalled, you have three options:
1. Accept the insurance company's offer.
Easiest. Almost always leaves money on the table.
2. Hire a lawyer.
Right move if your insurer is acting in bad faith or refusing to communicate. Lawyers typically take 30–40% and can take years.
3. Hire a public adjuster.
Right move when the claim itself is the problem — wrong scope, missed damage, lowball estimate, denial you can challenge with documentation. Public adjusters work on a small percentage and most claims close in weeks, not years.
The honest truth: roughly 9 out of 10 denials we see are claim-handling problems, not legal disputes. Start with us — if it turns out you do need a lawyer, we'll tell you.

Why Homeowners Across Arizona Call Us First
Three reasons CSA wins where most adjusters lose.
Licensed in Arizona
Every adjuster on our team is state-licensed. We know AZ insurance code, AZ contractors, and AZ market rates — not generic national pricing.
No Fees Unless We Win
We work on a contingency percentage of what we recover above the original offer. If we don't beat the insurance company's number, you owe us nothing.
No More Adjuster Calls
Once you sign with us, the insurance company calls go to us. You stop chasing voicemails and reading dense policy language.
Common Questions
Is a public adjuster the same as a lawyer? +
No. A public adjuster handles the claim itself — documentation, pricing, negotiation. A lawyer files lawsuits. Most claim disputes never need a lawyer, just a properly documented claim.
How much does a public adjuster cost? +
We work on a contingency basis. We take a percentage of what we recover above the insurance company's original offer. If we don't beat their number, you pay nothing. The percentage varies by claim type — we'll tell you upfront before you sign anything.
My claim was already denied. Can you still help? +
Most of the claims we work on were already denied or underpaid. Denial isn't final — it's the starting point of a supplemental claim. Send us the denial letter and we'll tell you if we can challenge it.
How long does this take? +
Most supplemental claims close in 30–90 days from the day you sign with us. Complex cases (large fires, commercial properties) can run longer. Lawsuits take years — public adjusting doesn't.
Will my insurance rates go up if I work with a public adjuster? +
No. Hiring a public adjuster is part of an existing claim, not a new claim. Your premium isn't affected by who represents you in a claim that's already filed.
What if I do need a lawyer? +
We'll tell you. If we look at your case and it's clearly a bad-faith situation requiring litigation, we'll refer you to an Arizona insurance attorney. We don't take cases that don't fit what we do.
